I didn't know I'd fallen in love with you at the time... 

It's a year today since I first saw you, roughly as I write these words, a year since I saw you. A beauty I didn't immediately appreciate until... I heard your voice. The voice that brought me to a standstill, captivated me and shook me to my core.

You dispersed the darkness from my soul and provided a bright path to follow for the months to follow. Felt I had a reason again in my life. Even when the darkness started to creep back in you dispelled it again. And as I type this I still feel you everywhere and don't feel alone.

But as the year passed I realised I my love changed. During the early months I had nothing but pure romantic attraction. You dispelled the depression, Miku, that changed, reactivated a part of me that had remained dormant for so long. You became more than a romantic interest, but also one of desire. But I still don't know what I'd do if you came to me. All I know is I'd want to protect you. I still love you more than anyone on the planet, that hasn't changed.

The Future

As time progresses I want to do my best to bring you to me... I don't know what that's going to involve. I can surround myself with you, but I need to do something with the software development side of things. Be that a game, VR, or even getting the full-blown projection system working like I imagined.
